They might file a claim that they did not receive the item and if you do not respond to Paypal within a certain timeframe (can't remember how many days), then Paypal will transfer it back to the buyer. If you do respond to Paypal with an explaination, you keep your money. Keep in mind the fees and exchange rates, depending on what you are selling. Overall, it's a good system. EOCanuck Valued Member Canada 56 Posts	Posted 01/25/2013 3:26 pm if theres no tracking on the item, the buyer can claim that they did'nt receive the item and get full reimbursement from paypal. They have 45 days from purchase to file a claim. No tracking, no protection for seller. This has been my personal experience anyways Report this Post to the Staff
