a bit worn for the ages but not terrible for 199 yrs old

I'm in at G6, maybe VG8? It's a JR4 die marriage, R2, so pretty common die.

thanks for looking, enjoy

I am loving all these Dimes.

This one's tough. The obverse is easily F12 with the full LIBERTY, but with the wear into the reverse rim I'm having trouble calling it much better than G4 on that face. Even though strike obviously has to factor in.

Not that I wouldn't own it.

ds,

I think the strikes are weak on these 1814 dimes. Here's one I own. I don't know if it's the same die marriage as your's as I don't really collect by that but it is interesting that they have similar wear and strike weakness patterns.

Thanks DS! The strike and weakness on the reverse is almost identical. Compare the strike at the rim above OF and the missing E and S in the motto on reverse.
