He's already got a Negative from the last time he sold this coin.

He re-listed it. Did he get a negative from someone and he didn't even sell it to? What is the problem. Is it that he didn't say it might have been polished?

Quote: Branch mint proof? Not a chance, IMO. Even in the relatively-poor images, one can see the roundness at the rims uncharacteristic of a Proof-level strike and the identical level of finish across the devices as well as the fields. Either heavily-polished or plated. Note the mark in front of the nose and the very clear bagmark below "PL" - no way a coin struck as a "Proof" would be allowed out of the Mint like that, it's obviously been in a bag, and those marks are also proof that the coin here is the same one as the previous buyer Negged him for.

He's using the same picture over and over. I wonder what coins the buyers are actually getting?

This listing ended on Dec. 18, 2012 with 4 bids ending at $31.00. He listed another like it and that one ended on Dec. 23, 2012 ending at $49.00, then another one more time ending on Dec. 30, 2012 ending at $45.00 plus $6.00 shipping for each transaction. His negative feedback from the last buyer "COIN NOT THE CONDITION AS STATED, WON`T RESPOND TO MESSAGE BUYER BEWARE" His rebuttal to that feedback was "Buyer received a perfect coin from me and tried to switch it with a damaged coin" It appears that the first two bidders either don't know what a polished coin looks like or they were actually satisfied with one. Doesn't really matter, this guy is one to avoid for obvious reasons. Ed ANA LM-3175
