I will guess they said EF-40 but it is challenging to grade copper when it is hard to make out the color of the coin.

EF40 enough wear to be a match in the photograde book at that. The surfaces could have been cleaned but it could be lighting in the pics. The real color is the key.

Lol, good one bladd. It's a very dark coin so to see the details I had to angle it a bit. It's a very very dark brown.

NGC gave it XF details environmental issues. I think for the spot to the right of the leaves on the obverse. I personally think its hits some where between 40 and 45. Thanks for all the replies.
