Hi, I wanted to know if the arrow in the first picture is pointing to a possible mint mark, thus making this an RPM? There are other minor details like the leaf above the S looks to have a line from it to the S. I don't want to influence your opinions with what I think I see because I am not sure. All help is appreciated! Thanks in advance.

It does not look like an RPM to me.Maybe a die scratch/gouge?
