yeah dude if you're not sure and are in the market for such a piece, just buy a PCGS slabbed XF example. The third party grading services, particularly PCGS are very harsh and critical of coins. So a jaw dropping coin that you may like may turn out to be "whizzed", "smoothed" or have some other issue. If you buy one slabbed, you will have a piece that has passed even the toughest standards. In my opinion, the coin in question may or may not be considered problem-free (it's very difficult to tell without examining it in person), and looks like it has some woodgrain effect, and has no better than VF details.
