Depends on who is calling it MS65 and what date and mintmark it is of course. Stick with PCGS graded coins and you'll do fine. Price guides are only that, a guide, a top graded coin will always bring more than the price guide shows, while an ugly coin can still grade at MS65 might be worth only half of the price guide. Dealers use the greysheet among others to determine pricing, they usually buy at 20% or more back of the bid price, unless the coin is superb for the grade, then the sky can be the limit.
For common date MS65 Buffalo nickels I'd personally pay no more than $45.00 for one, some of the more common dates (1937-D & 1938-D) can be had in MS66 or MS67 for well under $100.00
