I bet it is just a token from vietnam

If it were from Vietnam, the inscriptions would be in Vietnamese.

It also says.... let the flowers grow..and is sterling silver...about the size of a Silver Dollar.

If you know it's sterling from a mark (on the edge?), is there any hallmark to go with it?
My one thought is, a medal that pleads for peace in Vietnam, for a target audience that had the disposable income to purchase precious metals? There must be Quakers involved here!
