Turkish (probably late Ottoman Empire).
That's about all I could say - the date is really blurry (though looks like it's 1293 - AH that is).

At "the size of a modern 2 pence", it sounds like a 5 qirsh coin. I had to look it up on Wikipedia to find out how big a 2p is; my British coin album is kind of buried right now and I don't have any at hand. Here is a 5 qirsh on WCG.

Now, if clearer pics are impossible, perhaps you can help us by reading the date for us. The numerals are Arabic numerals and on Ottoman coins, the date is split into two parts: the "accession date" (the year the Sultan came to power) and the "regnal date" (the number of years that Sultan had been in power). Here's a handy guide for translating Ottoman Egyptian coins and finding these two dates:

If you could tell us what these numbers are on your coin, it would help us give you a more accurate ID.

The 2 letters at top work out to 29 years after hameed was inaugerated and the letters at bottom look to be 1293 AH which correct me if I am wrong please 1876ad ithought it may of been 10 in value but its hard to tell there is a coin on that site you have to decipher turkish its quite a hard language to comprehend LoL ty for your help by the way

If the dates on the coin are 1293//29, then that converts to an actual Islamic calendar date of issue of 1293+29-1=1321, which converts to AD 1903. Here's the NGC database page for this coin type; there were two different mintmarks in that year, but it doesn't make any difference to the value. Silver content is worth nearly $6 at current prices; it's hard to tell how worn your coin is from the pics but I'd guess it would be worth $10 or so.
