I've gotten a local United Bank to order 1 box of each common denomination (4 boxes per order) once a month. I've probably searched a total of 16 boxes. With 50 rolls per box, I kind of expected to run across at least one roll of uncirculated coin. I've found none. Does that seem unusual to anybody?

That is common. I go through about three boxes of cents per month without any full rolls of new cents. A few weeks ago I did get a full box of new 2012P which is unusual.

I think it depends where you live and where they distribute the new coins. I live in Michigan, get 6 boxes of pennies from Brinks every week, and in the last year have never got a single roll of just 2012's. I've been very lucky as many people have said that they have gotten complete boxes of 2012's.

I've had boxes thst were 80% or so of 1 date/mm. Very frustrating. I remember an '11 box I got last year, where about 1/2 the rolls were solid. Too bad we cant specify. Some here were lucky enough to score solid '09 of nics.

Do you mean your lucky because you didn't get any full boxes of new coins? Some people like getting full boxes of new coins. The box I got was S&S rolls of 2012P and I found a lot of nice stuff in there well worth the effort of going through the box.

I am sitting on 11 boxes of 2012D pennies right now and trying to decide to ebay them or just crack them all open and start putting them in my penny dumps

I would definitely put them on ebay before I turned them back in. I seen two boxes go for $95 on ebay. Better to make money than just turn them back in.

Never found an uncirculated roll in a box.

I have found several great rolls, actually like 8-10 in one buy at a bank, that were all BU. I kept a whole roll of each year that was there.
