weak strike on the reverse holds it back a bit IMO

I agree your coin has VF+ detail but the surfaces look washed out like it has been cleaned. It could just be the images though.

BH, I would say that at some point it got wiped with something. I guess when I say "original surface" I am more referring to the fact that the coin does not exhibit tell tale classic behavior of an overly dipped or stripped coin.

thank you all for the grading thoughts, you're really helping me catalog my collection over the past weeks. I've plenty more to come so keep an eye out and keep those great insights coming!

VF 30, although I agree that the surfaces look somewhat dull.
