Not sure what to call this. It scans poorly because the token/coin has very high relief. Any ideas

Definitely greek by the looks of it:the writing on the top of the cow's back does seem like ancient greek.

Judging by the helmet on the portrait, I would guess he's Mercury/Hermes.
Overall, it has the look of coming from one of the Agean islands, but I haven't found a match so far.

It is trying to be a coin of Ainos with Hermes facing on the obverse and a goat on the reverse. The size and weight would help us narrow down on a denomination. The style looks modern rather than ancient to my eyes.
