This coin looks like it is struck on a "improperly annealed" planchet. I was looking for some opinions on if this is right. The coin weighs roughly 4.9-4.91 grams. Thanks!

Can a silver coin even lead to an "improperly annealed" planchet? I guess I should have asked that first.
