Sure looks like the Cherrypickers RPM-002 picture to me, but I've been wrong before :)

As to value, I don't know but the most recent edition of Cherrypickers says this:

"Though this is a very popular RPM, supply seem to at least equal demand". A chart follows, showing VF-20 $1.00, EF40 $2.00, AU50 $5.00, MS60 $8.00, MS63 $12.00, MS65 $20.
