Hi guys. I must apologize first if this topic has been discussed here. I've been googling it forever and thought I'd give this a try
I've been wanting to have 4 coins graded by pcgs. they are from Mongolian mint.
Where can I go to have them send out in Toronto? (I also saw the website, but they are in the US and quite expensive)
thanks in advance.

I think you need to contact them.
I never have my coins graded.
I have the first 2 of the Mongolian series coin, but ungraded. Try to get my hand on the third one. :)

You might consider joining the PCGS Collectors Club at the Gold Level. The cost to join is $129, but you get four (4) free submissions as part of the fee. Also, club membership enables you to send your coins in directly and not have to go through a dealer. Some dealers charge extra to submit coins for customers, so club membership could potentially save you a few dollars there as well.
If you go the Collector Club route, please remember that while the grading costs for your four coins would be free the return postage and insurance is not. Don't underestimate the value of your coins on the form -- PCGS will use your estimates to determine the level of insurance needed.
The first time submitting coins may seem a little confusing, but it should take 30 minutes or less to complete the form for your four coins.
Good luck!

due to large shipping and insurance fees to use pcgs, your coins as a general guideline be worth around a 1000.00 or not worth the hassle.

I thought PCGS don't do foreign NCLT (or bullion for that matter) as well and don't have as complete a registry as NGC. Pandas, for example, are better documented by NGC

anyone had experience with NGC?
yes, PCGS is way too expensive with shipping, I calculated that it would cost me over 100 dollars per coin after all its done.
The reason for doing so, 2 of the coins did not come with DOA, so I want to get it checked out through the process.
it's numismatic. :)

They do all of that and are expanding what they do. The one thing they dont do that NGC does is Ancient Coins. Even colonial coins are only 50 a coin to get graded and thats their highest price unless you do the express service

http://www.pcgs.com/dealers/Using the map at the top right, you can drill down to all Canadian PCGS-affiliated dealers. There are a few in Toronto. Perhaps not all are willing to submit on your behalf - and perhaps some will ask a greater price than others for the effort - but all should be able to answer your specific questions as posed here. Edit - Here's the similar link for NGC: http://www.ngccoin.com/services/dea...listing.aspxYou need to enter Toronto, Canada to locate, and there's only one dealer in Toronto.

Your profile says you are from Toronto. You could try talking to Canadian Coin & Currency (Steven Bromberg), they regularly submit coins to NGC and PCGS, and while they might charge a "handling fee" they might be able to save you in insurance and paperwork piggybacking on one of their submissions.
