Might get borderline AU but I am thinking more xf45 with a details grade cause it looks like toning on the reverse was removed, and it looks dull so I would say it was cleaned.

AU50 here. Since it's a New Orleans I think it left the mint lacking some details.

EF-45 details possibly AU details if the reverse enough mint luster. Coin looks cleaned.
