For what I Can see in the photo it looks unc to me Maybe Ms-62. I am going to grade this with out a book to test my self.

I really like this coin, especially the detail on the Buffalo. I feel like it was a really good strike plus it has a nice light gold tone to it. The guy that sold it to me felt like it was an AU58.

It might be it is hard to grade by pictures unless your pics like SuperDaves, I now mine are certainly not that good. But the coin looks nice
