My take is that NN is more oriented toward the average collector while CW is more investment slanted. NN seems to have better ads although their classifieds lately have been a little strange as one dealer- 'Rita' in AZ- acounts for over half of the ads. In put appreciated. I prefer my coin news less than a month old. But that being said, CW will take that news and with more time to write, will take it more indepth. Report this Post to the Staff

They supplement each other nicely. I've read Coin World and Numismatic News on a weekly basis for 20+ years. My experience has been that Coin World generally offers more content.
