I think this one will be reasonably common although I can't see it listed. (Or I've been looking at sixpences too much today).

The 2 appears to have been re-engraved. In comparison to the underlying 2, the new/top 2 tilts more to the right with base on left up, has a shorter base with underlying base appearing on right, and the top curve appears shorter with underlying top point showing.

I think its more likely to be Machine Doubling rather than a re punched die. Look very carefully at all of the other reverse numbers and letters to see if there is any other doubling.
