Hi my name is Mark & thank you for having me as a new member of your coin family!

The other day I found this 2007 Wyoming State Quarter And and it does not have a reeded edge & it doesn't have a rim on the reverse side.
I have never seen anything like this and was wondering what kind of value does it hold?
Here are some pictures of the coin.

Thank you! Mark

Unfortunately, the rim and part of the reverse have been ground off so it is just post-mint damage( PMD).

When handling coins you never touch the other sides. You only hold by the rim. But this one was okay to do that though. And it does look like someone did that. Perhaps, Welcome!
