In your photo you can faintly see the missing part of the serif.Could have broken off from the hub. "Dipping" is not considered cleaning... -from PCGS website Report this Post to the Staff

tfred Pillar of the Community Canada 627 Posts	Posted 02/10/2013 4:08 pm I see all of the doubling in the letters, but for the I being a reversed 1, I think its a plugged die. The serif of the I was plugged with grease or something else. IMO, its not a reversed 1 Report this Post to the Staff
