The only rolls that I know for sure that you don't touch are Mint rolls.

The Royal Australian Mint (RAM) used to issue mint rolls for circulation. That was decades ago.
Now, the production for circulation from the presses is all bagged. The issuing banks use their own rolls. These rolls may contain new coins, they may not.

Crack both open.There are so many rolls of the VEday around that your only hope for a decent return is to try and find a 65 or better.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
