I think all the "chatter marks" particularly on the face might lower the grade, therefore I'm going with MS-62. Very nice details.
Any CC is worth $$. I would estimate, (IMO obviously), this FMV to be around $225.
(And Hey! Look at that!! 5,000 posts! Who wudda thunk it?)
