Can't tell without close up detailed pics'...I will tell you however,,That finding a 1963 franklin MS with FBL is a rare find....To be FBL,,I dont think there can be anything that interrupts the bell lines

I'd say no. This is probably an MS-64.

From your photos, I would go 62 or 63. No fbl, but beautiful Ben!

I'd say 63 maybe 64 but no FBL. Too many interruptions left of the crack.
