I am so glad hubby is continuing on his quest for his Franklins. Frankly, I have been buggin' him to continue - he rarely treats himself. But yesterday, he saw one he HAD to have RIGHT NOW.

It had a buy it now on it - but he could not remember our Paypal account number. Of course he could not wait the whole FIVE MINUTES for me to call him back and remind him. Being the wonderful wifey I am, he has the login to my email so he decided to change the PayPal password. Not horrible, but then he decided to update account information and challenge questions. He only tells me about the password change (which I knew about since I got the email) but forgot to tell me about the other information he changed.

Fast forward to today when I win something on the forum for the first time. I try to pay by paypal and realize he changed the password. I try to do a password reset but can't because he CHANGED THE CHALLENGE INFORMATION!

Ok, so we really did not fight... but this should be a lesson to husbands: DON'T CHANGE THE PASSWORD IF YOUR WIFE CAN CALL YOU BACK IN 5 MINUTES.

He is forgiven because the coin he bought is sweet. Otherwise he would have been in deep doo-doo.

I have a way of solving this problem. I have an address book that I purchased just for login's, passwords, and security questions. I record this info under the appropriate letter in the index and both the wife and I know where it is kept. Never a hassle with things like that.

I had a great time teasing him about it last night. It is moments like this that I think I adopted instead of getting married. But then again, who wants to be stuck with an adult all of the time!

I don't think it's possible for the "Y" chromosome to be an adult all of the time.

And to think my wife never cared about coins until she wanted ½ the value at divorce time.

At least your spouses support your collecting coins interests! For me, there always has to be some negotiating before I purchase. Happy St-Valentines!

1. Do not get married
2. Do not use any place that requires a password
3. IF you do need a password, make it somehing like 123456789. If they require a letter, make it A123456789
4. A person that works for TDAmeritrade told me something interesting. Most places that require all kinds of security questions do not analize your answers. Just use the same thing for all. In other words, your first car: Ford, The street you grew up on: Ford, Your Nother's maiden name: Ford.
5.If already married, get divorced
6. Keep away from ebay and paypal

I wouldn't have this problem. Wife has no interest in coins whatsoever. Except when the money starts coming in from any ebay auctions I'm running; then the interest increases bigtime!
