Apparently its my fault that my package got sent to the wrong end of the country even though address is 100% correct. I figured I'd wait a couple days as the tracking ID clearly states a mis-ship, but the latest e-mail I receive from them I just changed my mind and asked for a full refund and that I will refuse acceptance of package. I was told I would have a update on my order within 24 hours and I contacted them at 30 hours asking if they checked up on my package.

This was their reply:

your package was delivered to cause according to the tracking number
it says its arrived the post office on 9th.and please get us back later if there

Read in bold...now refer to the screenshots of where the item was shipped to. I live in Alabama and the postal codes are NO WHERE near similar. Yet I am suppose to check with a post office in Arizona? I am giving the package two days to 'show up' on my doorstep, a apology from this business as it is their fault OR my refund.

It takes a maximum of four days to receive mail from New Jersey even during the holidays and on day four the tracking information was still blank. It updated on the 10th with the information you see below. Checked their feedback, and this appears to be a common issue with them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as they were still 99%, but now I give up being patient with them. I never leave negative feedback, and understand things get lost in the mail. It happened to me before and because I was called to active duty I could not appeal it so I lost my money and turbo(even though it was shown as delivered me being absent is what he used to win the case).

So just save yourself from a headache by dealing with this company. I still have not left feedback as I am giving them a chance to redeem their self.

You can go to any post office and theyll check on it. That said if something gets lost or sent to the wrong address even if its the post offices fault, if I sold it Ill be the one to go check to my post office. I could understand if they were an international seller since the post office in canada cant tell you american tracking information, but same country the seller should be the one to do the checking. heck just call the post office at least its really not that hard to have them run an internal check to see what the deal with it is.

I am going to give the company benefit of a doubt that the USPS mis-read the label due to the 'mis-ship' mentioned in tracking. Just checked the tracking and now it is showing up for delivery. Our mail routes through Birmingham regardless where it is to yet this one never passed through Birmingham this time. Also that being said...it is the seller's responsibility to check if its lost or shipped to the wrong place. I sell on ebay as well and I am the one calling the shipping company to locate any package a customer has questions about. That is part of the responsibility of the seller. This seller appears to be a drop ship seller or multiple people using same account. Items are located in Hong Kong to the US.

Since I am not one to leave negative feedback....I am choosing not to do business with this company again. You only get messaged by them around midnight-3am CST so I believe they are based out of another country(even though listing clearly stated New Jersey for item location). At least they have been in communication with me at the very least.

On the same note they have more good feedback than negative, but still A LOT of negative. Still not buying from them anymore as even though they were doing communication they still left it up to me to investigate the reasoning behind it being sent to Arizona instead of them doing they call their self(they don't call it customer support for no reason).

So buy at your own risk from them. I will post the quality of the product, packaging etc. When I get home from work tomorrow.

Shipped via DHL...no wonder it got sent to Arizona(why DHL is nearly out of business as well). This company is nothing more than a mere drop ship business. I ran a drop ship for about 3 years until I got sick of the warehouses always 'being out of stock' so I stopped.

These people never see the actual product and its nothing more than imported buy offs from overseas.

Well opened the package and went to take some pictures....LEDs short out.

I contacted them on a 100% refund(covered) so lets see how this goes.
