Does anyone have a theory on what is happening with the 2012 S Acadia Quarter in MS67? I am trying to put together a set of the S mint Quarters in PCGS MS67 but the Acadia is way out side my price range. I can buy NGC for $20ish but Pcgs last 1 sold on ebay for &212.

it's a numbers game based on the number of coins graded at that level. My advice to you is to wait. The more MS-67's that get made, the lower the price. If the price never comes down you will know you will have to settle for a 66 or pay the premium for the 67.

Go for the 68's imo. They will only go up in value. Some people ask ridiculous money for some though.

I know it is a numbers game but NGC and PCGS are suposed to be Equal TPGs So why is PCGS MS 67 costing 10 times that of NGC

PCGS coins almost always have a premium in NGC over the higher grades because fewer coins get their top grades.

NGC has 68s as well, 67 may be the top pop at PCGS right now.
