Here is a great source for information like this. Be sure to bookmark the page as it holds a lot of other information on the Lincoln Cent.

Close is normal. The '98, '99 and 2000 had varieties made with 'Proof Dies'. The 1999 is the rarest.

Thank you mfhorn. I meant to say that as well in my last post with the link. Sometimes it seems like my hands and my brain have trouble communicating what I'm wanting to type. LOL!

I found my first '99 (64RD) after about 5 months of searching. Had found about a dozen '98's and '00's before that. Found my second about 3 months later, and my third over a year after that. I used to do 3-5 boxes of cents a week, now I hardly ever search them so I doubt I'll find any more.

I have found 2 x 1998, 1 x 2000 & now this 1999 WAM. I started roll hunting in Oct 2009. So I have averaged just over 1 a year. You can not really use my finds though as I live in Canada and all my finds came from Canadian cent rolls. :)

I have been searching for several years, however, I didn't know about them until a little while back. There are no telling how many I just threw back in.

If you mean the '99, a solid two years. It's a shame you didn't know of them from the start, but keep at it. They ALL came from the Philadelphia Mint, so being in NJ, your in the right area.

Thank you for all the replies. I was shocked to pull it from a Canadian Roll. Made my last 45 boxes of cents worth the effort. LOL! Well...that and the other nice finds I made. In particular the 1955 NSF Canadian.

Thank you BadThad. Question for you. Is Verdicare still only able to ship within the US or can we have it shipped to Canada now? Knowing the government...We still can not have it shipped here.

I'm dying to try it on a few coins I have to see if it can save them from any further damage.
