Still searching the boxes of Canadian cents I purchased from the banks prior to the Feb. 03 deadline. I pulled my first US 1999 WAM today.     IT is in decent condition. I will take some pics in the future. It was the only WAM I had yet to find from a Canadian roll of cents. Now...The hunt is on for the 1992 CAM. Back to the rolls. I will update again if anything else turns up. I need to dance again. Edited by cladhunter13

Nice! And in Canada none the less!! Congrats! I've been looking for a while now and have only found a high MS 2000WAM from pocket change!
Can you throw a pic up? I for one would love to see it!

OK...sorry for the poor quality of the pics. I just did a quick shoot through the 2X2 without adjusting lighting or camera configuration. Well...I guess he WAM had a few more issues then I thought. Ahh well...Still a rare find in my area. OBV:  REV:  Close FG:  Wide AM:  |

Thanks for the info cladhunter13...  .  after getting my boxes I separated all the US coins only keeping the wheat ear cents.. Thinking that was what I was suppose to do.? I was never going to start collecting the US 1 cent anyways. So I then rerolled all of the remaining cents..... And yes I did bring back 15 dollars worth to the bank all US coins.  So now, I have to go through the remaining rolls I kept AGAIN,maybe 10 rolls  Its all good I am Still learning everyday and still having fun.. I guess I should start looking around to find other US cents to keep....? Thanks Cladhunter13.. |

Great find on the '99 WAM.....in a roll of Canadian cents and in Canada no less. What part of Canada. I'll take a guess; somewhere around Toronto? |

NICE! it always seems like canada is the best place to find rare american pennies XD ill be getting my first box of pennies from orlando in a couple of days. hoping to have some good beginners luck.
