The five is almost missing on this coin. At first thought it was rubbed off some how , but at closer look could be missed stamped ?
Any one have an opinion ?

Looks like it's possibly a Struck Through Grease error. The flawed area has the proper chromium-plated bluiesh colour, so the coin was not damaged or the number rubbed off after it was minted. Looks like the rest of the coin is in nice shape too. Excellent find!

Thank you Pennysaver .

Yes , there is no other damage to the coin nor to the area around the five . This gave me the impression that it was not rubbed off after being minted .

Thanks again for your time and information .
