This is not a rotator or SWIMS note.

A Rotator can only use digits 0, 6, 8 and 9 (The middle number must be 0 or 8)

When you turn the note upside down, the serial number will read the same as before you turned it.

For Example: 6608099 would be a rotator, because when you turn the note upside down, the serial number still looks like 6608099.

I hope that makes sense.
Rest in Peace

Thanks guys,now I get it.
it has to read same front as backward.
i thought if the number "made sense" when turned upside down it was ok...guess not.
Is there any kind of premium on a note like this?
cheers
