Help please ... double die obverse or Machine Doubling? Note the upper portion of the "R" in "Liberty."

It's also in the upper part of the B in LIBERTY. I don't think it's a DD.

Appears to be a area of Machine Doubling. Not the devices width around the ones in question. They are all the same and the area in question is actually reduced because of the die movement. If this were a doubled die the devices would have been enlarged and not reduced.
