It is an AU for sure, but we need closer pics to see if it makes MS

Hard to tell from the pictures, bit there definitely looks like it has wear on the high points. Most noticeably on the cheek and chin. A lot of scratches in the field as well. Probably a low AU as far as grade.

Still a decent coin, and from my own experience you should be a ble to get $40-$60 on ebay in that condition. Maybe even more. People lately have been paying more for pennies in general.
