Much better than VF. At least EF40-45 IMO.  Nice coin.

I'd call it AU-50 or 55. Very nice detail but there isn't much lustre left from what I can gather from the pics.

By definition AU+ means there is remaining mint luster and the coin would still carry visible sheen of a fresh strike coin. I see none of that apparent in the pictures presented.
