Cant find any info on this coinad niether could the coin dealer I brought it to. 2007 canadian five cent wih dot on log under beavers head.

I don't think that a dot will get you extra value on the coin. those who collect errors may pay a premium. But I can't value it for much more.
Try posting it in the error forum for more visibilty and help.

Hello rain. Nice find! I found one of those too. It's a nice round dot. There is also a 2008 variety with a dot on the log to look out for - about 1 mm to the left of the dot on your coin.

Very cool dot for sure.
I received four new ones in my change back in 2007 when a cashier gave me four nickels instead of a couple dimes.
Lucky me!

I think it's a regular die chip.

This coin variety is out there in the wild. There's just a few coin roll hunters looking for it. It hasn't been promoted or catalogued.
