Poll Question
So what is it?(I mean from a design perspective, as I'll take a $100 bill over any other denomination. )

Hate to be a drag,,but I think the 1928 series federal reserve note has to be one of the coolest notes ever printed! I have a $50 k.c......#10....U.S. GRANT....Way Cool!!

that's why I like the $1 and $2 best (although I think we should replace the dollar bill with a coin )

im with miket, older designs are much better.
Why does the BEP think these designs are harder to counterfeit? Shouldn't notes like the educationals be hard to replicate?

I definitely agree with everyone here that older designs looked bounds and bounds better than our current bills. Out of our current bills however, I dig the $50 the most. Whenever I show people older bills from 1928 or older, they're amazed by the greenback designs they see. Especially on the large-size notes. Out of small size notes, I agree with babysitter, the Numerical FRN 1928 series notes are just amazing. They're something I collect constantly and can't seem to get enough of it.

Out of the choices in the OP, I chose the "deuce". Mainly because it does not circulate very well, and when I do spend them, the facial expressions are usually "what is this?". about the older denominations though.

His expression makes me think If somehow Ben Franklin were alive in this day and age, He'd be the Dos Equis beer guy. "Most Interesting Man in the world"? Why yes Ben you surely are.

I not surprised that the two dollar note is winning this poll by a landslide.

The $2 is the best no question, I just wish they still made all of the bills with small portraits.
