Poll Question
My favorite design is the $500 bill's reverse, however, its a tough call between the $500 and the $10,000 because, can you imagine carrying around ONE piece of paper in your wallet worth $10,000, or finding a strap of $1,000,000, or a brick of $10,000,000?! And since we normal people didn't even get to so much as "breathe on a $100,000 bill, and I don't really like the design, or "Orangebacks" as much as I like the "Greenbacks" Okay, I choose the $500 bill because I love its reverse. I'm going by artwork here. Not value, or I'd pick the $10,000 bill.

Fox, I am assuming we are choosing from the 1934 FRN series? Otherwise if older series are included it gets very complicated and I'd be unable to choose a favorite since the large size-large denom. greenbacks are some of the most beautiful depictions ever. However, out of the 1934 series, I'd go with the $1000 bill. The United states of america and one thousand dollars text is stunning and I love the beautiful rich green border around the white interior.
As for the MOST stunning greenback design ever? It's a tough call between the 1875 $500 National bank note, the F-212g Interest bearing $1000 note from 1861 and of course the 1890 $1000 Grand Watermelon. I'd be shaking wild if I ever got to hold one of those above mentioned notes in person. Can't even imagine owning one of those, would cost in the millions.
