Coin question again

A friend dug up this Russian 4 Kopek from 1762, any ideas on its current market value in the US and UK aswell as the grade?:

That's in nice condition for a dug coin! Krause lists two varieties--one with a lettered edge, and another with "reticulated edge". The letter edge is priced higher--Krause says $55 VG8, $220 VF20.

I know the catalogue values, but what is it on the open market realistically? I have seen on an auction site in much worse condition as almost 300$ on Buy It Now with Best offers accepted but would that even sell for this much? I think it is all about what someone is willing to pay for not what the catalogue says it is.

Cat value gives you an idea and that is all. You've heard it before but its value is really what someone is willing to pay for it and how impatient you are to sell it.

Why not try it on a buy now best offer for 30 days, if no takers throw it on an auction for 10 days.

I would do that if it were my coin but this is a friends coin who dug it out somewhere in Siberia and he just sent the pics wondering if I can post it on here and ask around as his English isn't as good as mine.
