A die chip on top of "R" of REGINA...possible die chip on bottom of "0" in the date...all on one penny...and a second 2008 with an even BIGGER die chip....in the "R" itself. That's a "Canadian Double Homerun Penny" eh?

Looks like "struck through"...but is under date...flawed planchet maybe.
