just wondering if this 1979 dollar shifted print is normal or not...?
Look at the front and it is printed closer to the top than it is towards the bottom..The back of the bill seems normal.

This is very common. The note is slightly out of register, but a premium is only added when you can see another note attached.

EDIT: The title should say 1973 Dollar
