Can anyone enlighten me as to what one cent coins have been minted in the Winnipeg mint from 1995 to date? Also what cores did they have (steel or zinc)? Thanks in advance.

All one cent circulation coins were minted in Winnipeg for those years.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

The ones listed as magnetic have the steel cores and the non-magnetic are the zinc cores.

If you are asking about the w mintmark it is found on 1998 zinc, 2000 zinc, and 2003 p steel cents.
