I'm not sure about the prices with the accessories but just the Canon S2 can be bought at $299 from beachcamera.com

That's not a bad deal. The shipping, although a little steep, is not a gouge either. I'm familiar with that brand of batteries, and if the SD card is actually from Kingston than it can't be faulted either.

The seller's feedback is favorable, as well. In all, a deal I'd go for if I were wanting that camera.
