A nice bit of color from a date where color is not often had. guess the grade PCGS gave this Washington quarter.

I will say they graded it MS-66. Beautiful toning!

Wow, great toning! Looks like it was in an old Whitman folder for like 30 years! It's a 50/50 wether they tone nicely or black.. Lol. I inharited the 3 Washington whitmans from my late grandpa that sat in a closet for 20+ years, and while they were far from full half looked like yours, the other half disgusting black.. Lol.

Great job on capturing the colors in a photo!! great job indeed! I have such a hard time getting toning in photos and you captured it perfectly! Is that the exact look or is it even more vibrant in hand?

As for grade I'm not sure, I'm not to good at grading washingtons at all and with the toning I'm even more stumped. But am very curious as to what PCGS said . I'd love to be able to put an estimated grade on mine but feel I always under grade these.. So anxiously awaiting the results...

this fellow went MS-66+ and CAC. Nice toners from 1959 on are tougher than you think. I'm putting together a total silver toner set and such a thing requires patience and more patience.
