Not looking to sell it, my dad passed and left this to me. Was curious what the grade could be and possible worth just for information sake. Its the 1904 half that only had 60000 minted. date is clearly legible in person
sorry my camera sucks.

Need a better close up picture of the coin to grade it. Your father left you a very nice, low mintage, key date coin. From the picture you did post of the obverse it may be at least EF and maybe better. Would have to have better pics of both sides to give a more accurate grade and value. It's a very nice coin you have there. Congrats

I tried to get some better pics, but my camera just isn't cutting it. There seems to be very minimal wear, even the mint mark is clear. only flaw seems to be a few nicks around the outer edges as you can see in the top picture

Would have to see the reverse (date side) to be sure, but the obverse looks EF. That would be worth about $1900. But don't spend the money until you've had some look at it personally.

Brought to a coin shop today, he liked the coin but said about 50 years ago someone tried to clean it slightly behind the head area, must have had a good eye cause I couldn't tell that. offered $450 for it and I passed.
