Buying mint rolls on ebay is a risky business. Twoonies? Even riskier. I would imagine, optimistically, that 99% and up of all twoonie rolls on ebay are pre-searched.

Every now and then I take my chances. Last week I got a roll, obviously pre-searched. But pre-searched for what? The previous owner left behind 15 (fifteen!!) mint German planchets.

I will not give a positive feedback, but will not be returning the roll either.

If you don't know how to make a lemonade, do not buy rolls from people you don't know. I know how to make a lemonade.

Congratulations t_y on your find! Will you get them certified by CCCS for resale or keep them raw as part of your collection?

t_y's grading expert rejected all 15 German planchets for CCCS certification...

Indeed. Besides, it sounds like he was expecting lemons, but got sent a nice lemon liqueur.
