Hay guis, I'm new here and I'd like to see if I could get some help pricing a coin I got. It's a 2006 Canadian P, Non-Magnetic penny. I've had it sent out and graded by PCGS, and it was graded MS 67. I'm interested into seeing what you guis would price it at becuase, I've heard alot of things about how it could be realy valuable. Luna

Would love to see a picture. There haven't been a lot of 2006P non mags sold. About half a dozen from one seller sold a year or so ago in ICCS MS64 to MS66 from around $1,000 to around $3,000.

It is a very think market, but you should be looking at something in the $2000 to $4000 area.

Wow! If I could get that for it, then I would be in heaven; but I would have to think very hardly upon it(I like my coins). Also I'd like to post a picture to share w/ you guis, but my camera is broken and I donot have a working one at the moment. Hopefully I could get a picture up sometime though......

Can you tell me how you got this? It is not the sort of thing one finds lying around! Did you send it to PCGS yourself or buy it at a dealer/auction?

Well its sounds funny but my friend owed me 5$ and he knew I liked coins, so he said he'd give me this "Earth magnetic penny from 2006". So I said ok and took it and tryed magnets on it, and they did'nt work so I was mad. Later on I decided to do alittle more reserch on it and found out some stuff about it like its a P non mag 2006 penny; so I sent it out my self to PCGS to get graded and now I'm here.

I would like to belive that this thread is true. But I don't think I do. It all seems just too wierd. And if you and your buddy were trying out magnets on it, it wouldn't be an MS67.

no, my friend lied to me to get me to fall for the 5$ and he actualt didnt use magnets on it. And the coin would'nt go missing because its in a hidden floor safe I have.+ I am a gun owner and I am soon signing up for canadian forces weapons tech, so if anyone would try to bust into my house; they could try it
