That set was announced in early December when it was put on the "upcoming products" list...still no price set

There have been indications that the United States Mint will issue a special set to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the West Point Mint. Although the exact product name is still to be determined, a preliminary schedule lists the product as the "American Eagle West Point Two-Coin Silver Set".
Based on the name of the set, it will contain two American Silver Eagles. Specifics of the coin have not yet been provided, but the set may be similar to the 2012 San Francisco Silver Eagle Set, which contained a proof and reverse proof coin with "S" mint mark. In the case of the upcoming product, it might contain a proof and reverse proof Silver Eagle with the "W" mint mark.
The release date of the product is listed as "5/13 - " 6/13". This time frame seems to suggest that the product may be offered for a four week window of time, again similar to the San Francisco Set. Last year, the US Mint accepted orders only during a four week window with product based on total orders received during the period.

Update: The set will celebrate the 25th anniversary of the West Point Mint gaining mint status. The coins will include a reverse proof with the "W" mint mark and an uncirculated version with the "W" mint mark, which will differ from the regular uncirculated version.
Key point with the set: the uncirculated W "will differ from the regular uncirculated version" (unique coin)
I should also add that spot silver prices have dropped just under $5/ounce since the set was announced ($33.70/28.85)
