Posting again. I messed up the first time and I think a mod deleted it. Sorry if it seems like I'm spamming or something.

Just found this today searching bank rolls. Not sure really what it is. It is taller, I think, than the images convey. It is easy to feel with your finger and appears 3-4x as tall as other parts of the coin. It doesn't seem like a bubble, because of the sharp and jagged contours, but I'm fairly new at this. Sorry if the images aren't up to par. Made them with a cellphone camera and loupe. Thanks everyone!

Looks like a die chip. It also looks like a slight MAD.

Die chip ... nice one ... a curiosity and not a valuable coin.

Thanks everyone for all the input so far.

Seal, it looks very dark on that side because I just held a lamp beside it. The dark area is a shadow. I don't see any sort of opening or perforation of the metal there. There's some slight abrasion on the "peak" since it is by far the highest spot on that side of the coin. The copper is worn off in that area revealing solid zinc. No air in there as far as I can tell.
