I haven't heard when they're coming, but on this page, there is a link so that they will send you a notification:

I was surprised that they didn't come out with the Master club release today but maybe they will be part of the general release Mar 5th.

I signed up for the e-mail notification a while ago but so far have heard nothing.

The first two were already out, in 5-packs in both colored and uncolored ... 10 quarters for $2.50 each set. The next ones are due out next month and the 4th set later. If you just need a few, just order them from the mint .. face value and no shipping.

I thought March 2013 and June 2013 for the last two. At least that's how it was announced back in June 2012.
