On Dec 10, 2012, centsles sold his Self-graded 1886 $1 NNC PR67 Cameo:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/1886-LIBERT...140894461034

Today, centsles decided to take this coin out and put it in his NNC PR66 Cameo holder:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/1886-INDIAN...310606883122

My question is this...did the material in his holder cause that major stain on the reverse (clearly visible in his PR66 holder), or was his older PR67 holder hiding the stain:

Coin may or may not be a 'proof', but, it has obverse damage and a reverse stain.....I wonder if he actually looks at the coins before he puts them in his snap-lock holders.

I'll bet you dollars to doughnuts that the coin was returned because the stain was there but he cropped it out of the photo.

I think it would bother me more if it weren't the same coin. 2 of these in the span of 2 months is way too many for a basement slabber.

It looks like the PR67 grade sold for $60.00 less then the current open auction bid in PR66...

If this is how to make a profit on ebay maybe I can add lower grade stickers on my ANACS certified coins. [just a bit of sarcasm]

WOW, he lowered his grade on this damaged&stained coin and this time it sold for $1000 more. Either ebay buyers are getting stupider or he shilled

Heck 90% of his feedback as a buyer shows he's buying a lot of AU and TPG (PCGS & NGC) coins, must be where all his MS66 & 67's come from.

Shameless would be a better name for this shyster.

I really hate to say this but as long as people buy stuff without taking the time to educate themselves, this will continue to go on. I feel for the person who loses money because someone went out of their way to deceive him/her, but this censtles just puts the coin out there and people looking for a deal jump.

I am not condoning this and think where we can, we should try to get rid of fools like this. It is just the sad fact that he/she will pop up over and over again because he/she can make decent money doing this.
